Takedown Policy
We take pride in our original work—but we also know nobody's perfect. If something on our site crosses a line, even unintentionally, we want to fix it fast and fairly. That’s why we’ve laid out a clear takedown process. Have a concern about intellectual property? Here’s how to get in touch and what happens next.
All team members at ColoringPagesJourney respect intellectual property rights in all fields; therefore, all our content on the website is designed originally and creatively. However, there is a fact that the unconscious use of third-party content will still occur, just sometimes. Hence, we provide this Takedown Policy to clearly present our procedure for claims about intellectual property violations.
1. Definitions
This policy will contain specific terms that you must to understand thoroughly to avoid misunderstandings.
Intellectual Property Rights: includes all creative designs and products of humans, such as brandings, copyrights, design rights, etc.
Infringing Material: is any content provided on our site - ColoringPagesJourney that is accused of violating the third party's intellectual property rights.
Notice: is a message that is sent to ColoringPagesJourney to report infringement related to intellectual property rights.
2. Notice
As mentioned earlier, we are really careful during the design process to ensure all our content is original. However, we acknowledge that it's possible to make mistakes.
If you believe and have proof that your intellectual property has been published at ColoringPagesJourney (without any permission), you can notify us immediately by using the process below (section 3).
3. A Full Notice Procedure
When you determine that your content is used illegally on our website, you can send a notice with the following details attached to our official email: coloringpagesjourney@gmai.com
- A detailed description of the intellectual property or the copyrighted work for the content that you allege was infringed.
- The specific URL on ColoringPagesJourney where your content appears.
- Your full information, including name, telephone number, email, and mailing address.
- A statement to commit that all details in your notice are accurate and you, as the rights owner or authorized representative, will take responsibility for this notice under the law if there is something fabricated.

4. Review & Action
After receiving the claim notice, we will conduct a preliminary review to identify the validity of the claim. For Infringing Material (accused content), we will hide it temporarily or disable access from the time we receive the complaint. If that content is related to or from a third party, we will notify them about the report and wait for a response. In contrast, if the content belongs wholly to ColoringPagesJourney and is evaluated as a complex case, we will consult with lawyers. At the same time, we also announce the complaint about our assessment process and the actions taken.
5. Resolution
Upon conducting an assessment, based on its result, we will have solutions mentioned below:
Case 1: No infringement - No action
Case 2: Infringement Appears
- If it is determined not to violate under licensing, we will replace the content without any changes.
- If it requires a paid license, we will replace the content with the required paid license.
- If it has some infringing elements, we will modify and edit the content.
- If it completely infringes, we will remove the content permanently from ColoringPagesJourney.
- If the issue remains unsolved despite applying all the above solutions, it will be resolved with legal proceedings.
6. Updates
Based on our internal policies, processes, and law changes, the Takedown Policy at ColoringPagesJourney will be modified over time. Please review this policy carefully, users and rights owners.
